Shipping policy

It's important to know that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 7  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping to [outside of United States]. 

Free Shipping for orders over $30.00 

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Brown Fun Boys] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also send in an message from the website, to request your tracking number, alone with your information. 

Once you have message us, you will receive the information within 48hrs from the time of the message. If you need quick response, you can than send in a message, with your information from the website; which is 24/7 customer support.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us from the website, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you have an P.O. box, and you're unsure if how it works, send an message with the product your interested in and you will receive information about the policy, due to certain restrictions. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Theirs no refund, due to COVID-19 full, click on the refund policy from the website.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please message us as soon as possible from the website, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
